The jist of this event is to present you with alternatives that you are maybe not be aware of. Fitness/exercise, healthy nutrition, outlook and attitude, motivation, and perspective, can all play a  vital role in how you carry on with daily life.

Our goal is for you to learn things that will help you NOW and in the near future, while we continue to work towards that elusive treatment. We want you to leave with a sense of accomplishment and motivation. We want you to stop blaming ataxia and start taking charge!

THIS IS FOR REAL FOLKS. 5 of us in Chicago are walking much better...2 have ditched the walker!
